About FastSpeech
Terms of use.
Short, plain-language terms for using FastSpeech. No surprises, no fine print.
Nobody enjoys reading terms, so we've kept this short and in plain language. Using FastSpeech means you agree to what's below.
Not medical advice
FastSpeech is a directory. It helps you find a speech-language pathologist; it doesn't evaluate or treat anyone. The information on the site is for general reference. Use a licensed clinician for actual clinical decisions.
Accuracy
We work on the underlying data carefully, but every directory has stale entries. Phone numbers change, practices move, clinicians retire. Confirm the basics — license status, insurance acceptance, current address — directly with the provider before scheduling.
Reviews
Reviews must reflect a real experience with the clinician they describe. We remove anything that's fake, defamatory, written by a competitor, or clinically inappropriate. We don't accept payment to take down reviews. If you're a clinician asking us to remove a critical but truthful review, the answer is no.
Clinicians and the directory
Listings are derived from the public NPPES registry. By claiming a profile you confirm that you are the clinician — or a representative they've authorized — and that the information you provide is accurate. Misrepresentation is grounds for removing the claim.
Limitations
FastSpeech is provided as-is. We can't guarantee that any clinician on the site is currently taking new patients, accepts your insurance plan, or is the right fit for your needs. Treat the directory as a starting point, not a final answer.
