A directory worth trusting.

FastSpeech is a directory of speech-language pathologists working in the United States. We started it because the existing options were either painful to search, full of paid placements, or both. The provider data already exists — it's published by the federal government — but the official tools weren't built for the families and patients trying to use them.

We don't take referral fees. We don't sell leads. We don't run ads on profile pages. Listings appear because the clinician is licensed and active, not because they paid to be seen.

How we keep things accurate

Every clinician on the site has a verified National Provider Identifier on file with the federal NPPES registry. The underlying records are refreshed each month. License status is checked against the state board where the clinician practices. Profile details — accepted insurance, languages, telehealth availability, clinical focus — are added or corrected as clinicians claim and update their listings.

If something looks wrong, please tell us. Most fixes go in the same week.

For clinicians

Your profile is generated from publicly disclosable federal records, so there's nothing to sign up for. If you'd like to add details, correct a mistake, or upload a photo, you can claim your listing. There's no fee, no upsell, and no annual contract — just a one-time check against your state license.

Prefer not to appear at all? The opt-out form removes your record permanently.

Who we are

FastSpeech is a small, self-funded project. We're not affiliated with CMS, ASHA, or any clinical network. The site is built and maintained by people who watched friends and family struggle to find a speech therapist and decided to do something about it.
