If you only browse
Server logs record the page you visited, your browser type, and your IP address. We use these to spot abuse and to figure out what broke when something breaks. Logs are deleted automatically after 30 days. There are no third-party trackers, and the logs aren't shared.
If you submit a review
Reviews require a name and an email address. The name appears on the published review. The email does not — it's hashed before being stored, which lets us check that the same person isn't posting under twenty different names, but means we never actually hold the address itself.
If you claim a profile
To verify a claim we ask for your full name, a professional email, and your state license number. A photo of your license or board ID is optional and only used during the review. After your claim is approved, we keep the email so we can reach you about your profile; everything else is deleted within seven days.
Provider listings
Listings are built from the NPPES registry, which has been public for over a decade and is disclosable under the Freedom of Information Act. We're allowed to display this data, but we still honor opt-out requests — see the opt-out form.
Your rights
You can ask us to delete a review you submitted, an opt-out record, or any other personal data we hold. Email [email protected] and you'll hear back within five business days.
Cookies
The site sets a session cookie (used to keep you signed in if you've claimed a profile, and to remember your light/dark theme). No advertising cookies, no cross-site analytics. If you sign out and clear your browser, nothing about you stays behind.
